Thanks to Janet for pointing this one out.

Sports Illustrated seems to have tapped into a common thread about performance enhancing drugs (PED's) and the urge that drives something else that has seen an abundant growth lately; the recent growth rates of plastic surgery procedures undertaken and testosterone prescriptions written.

The article deserves a read...

Actor defends his convictions....his criminal convictions...

Months after the incident, the actor Sylvester Stallone went on morning talk show television to minimize his criminal convictions in an Australian court.

Bottom line -- while it is tempting to get the quick fix or cheat Father Time, if you have to pay over 10,000 USD in fines and court costs for carrying banned drugs, it might not be such a good idea...

While it is tempting to pontificate, it may be more effective to simply quote the article and let the reader figure it out for themselves. In this case it should be fairly easy.

This comes from the url at the International Herald Tribune

"Deputy Chief Magistrate Paul Cloran said the actor also failed to declare four vials of the male hormone testosterone on a customs form asking whether he was carrying any restricted or prohibited goods "such as medicines, steroids ... or any kind of illicit drugs."
